The Position:
We are currently looking for a Head of VIP Customer Service to answer customer phone calls and email enquires, coordinate VIP initiatives and to manage existing customer`s accounts. We are looking for an individual who, as the company grows, will be able to be able to hire and grow a VIP customer service team around them.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email • Compliant Handing & Reporting • Quality Testing & Reporting • Troubleshooting and problem solving as required • Hiring VIP Customer Service Representatives
